Reporting To: Quality Manager / QA Head

1. Product Quality Compliance

Ensure that all soy-based products adhere to internal quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements such as FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO 22000. Monitor and validate quality parameters throughout production to maintain consistency and consumer trust.

2. Raw Material & Packaging Material Inspection

Oversee the quality inspection of incoming raw materials (soybeans, ingredients) and packaging materials. Coordinate with the procurement team to approve vendors based on quality performance and ensure that only qualified materials are used in production.

3. Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP) & Hygiene Monitoring

Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to GMP and hygiene protocols across production areas. Identify areas of non-compliance and work with the relevant departments to implement corrective actions.

4. Documentation and SOP Compliance

Maintain up-to-date documentation for all quality control processes,



including batch manufacturing records, quality logs, and SOPs. Ensure traceability of all finished goods and compliance with internal audit requirements.

5. Consumer Complaint Handling

Investigate and resolve quality-related consumer complaints by conducting root cause analysis. Collaborate with the production and R&D; teams to implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.

6. Shelf-Life and Product Stability Monitoring

Monitor and validate product shelf-life claims through real-time and accelerated stability studies. Ensure packaging and storage conditions support product integrity throughout its life cycle.

7. Team Training and Interdepartmental Coordination

Provide training to QA and production staff on quality standards, SOPs, and food safety. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure quality is maintained at every stage of the supply chain.
