KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to prospective drivers for Uber onboarding
- Explain company policies, earnings structure, and benefitsGenerate and convert leads into successful driver registrations
- Guide drivers through the complete onboarding and documentation process
- Coordinate with the field team for vehicle verification and activation
- Maintain daily calling data and onboarding records
- Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets-Build strong relationships with drivers for long-term engagement
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / Undergraduate both can apply.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, sales, or onboarding.
- Robust communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close leads.
- Target-oriented mindset.
