Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in Operations Management, preferably in Transportation or Logistics

Willing to work in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & Supervision
- Supervise the operations team, including drivers and support staff, ensuring smooth coordination and productivity.
- Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to maintain balanced workloads.
- Conduct weekly team meetings to review goals, updates, and performance feedback.
- Provide continuous training and support to enhance team capability and efficiency.

2. Operational Management
- Manage day-to-day operational activities during the assigned shift.
- Ensure all scheduled suppliers, drivers, and support staff are present and prepared for duty.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Address operational challenges promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions.

3. Compliance & Quality Assurance




- Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency and compliance.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure vehicles and resources are in proper working condition.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.

4. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and submit daily or shift-wise reports outlining activities, issues, and resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and incidents.
- Provide detailed operational updates and key metrics to the Reporting Manager.

5. Data Analysis & Process Improvement
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Make data-driven decisions to enhance performance, cost efficiency, and service delivery.
