Job Title: Graphic Designer + Video Editor (Full-Time)

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month
Location: Shalimar Bagh
Experience: 1-3 years (flexible if skills are strong)

We’re looking for a creative, fast, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer + Video Editor who can handle daily design + video editing needs for a quick-growing D2C brand. If you’re comfortable using AI tools for editing, automation, and creative output — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design (Daily)
- Design Instagram posts, carousels, banners, and story creatives:
- Create product creatives, website banners, thumbnails, ad creatives
- Maintain brand consistency in typography, layouts, colors

Video Editing (Daily)
- Edit Reels / Shorts (15s-60s, sometimes longer)
- Add captions, hooks, transitions, sound syncing, cut pacing
- Create engaging edits for:
- product videos
- UGC / influencer videos
- trending formats
- Export platform-optimized video formats (IG, YouTube Shorts etc.)

AI Tools (Absolutely Necessary)
- Use AI tools to speed up output + enhance creativity:




- CapCut AI / Premiere AI features:
- Runway / Descript:
- ChatGPT for hooks/scripts:
- Midjourney / DALL-E / Canva AI (preferred)
- Ability to generate:
- clean backgrounds
- quick mockups
- fast variations of creatives

Required Skills:
Strong sense of aesthetics, typography & layout
Strong editing sense (pacing, rhythm, retention-based cuts)
Must be able to handle fast daily work (not slow “1 design/day” energy)
Comfortable working with marketing team and taking feedback professionally
Strong command over:
- Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator OR Canva Pro
- Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci OR CapCut Pro

Bonus Skills (Big Plus)
- Motion graphics on After Effects
- YouTube long-form editing
- Product shoot editing + color correction
- Basic knowledge of Meta ad creatives (what converts)
