TRRINZO PIZZERIA is a fast-growing, mass-premium wood-fired Neapolitan pizza brand. We are looking for a Commis I who is passionate about cooking, quality, and growing in a professional kitchen environment.

Commis I (Kitchen Staff)

Salary:

₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month
- (Based on experience & skill level)_

Working Hours:

-

12:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Weekly Off / Leaves:

-
- 2 leaves per month, as per management decision
- Leave not allowed on:
- Saturdays & Sundays
- Public holidays & festivals
- When Head Chef is absent

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist senior chefs in food preparation and cooking
- Handle basic prep, chopping, sauces, toppings & garnishes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen area
- Follow recipes, SOPs, and food safety standards
- Support during service rush and closing procedures
- Learn wood-fired oven operations and pizza baking
- 6 months to 2 years of kitchen experience (QSR / café / pizzeria preferred)
- Willingness to learn and grow in a professional kitchen




- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attitude, discipline, and teamwork
