Its a 3 year Internship + Study Program in which you will be paid stipend for both studying and working in Germany for total 8 hours per day for 5 days a week (combined study and job).

No blocked account is required.

Parents can visit on Tourist Visa.

Its a PR opportunity after 5 years.

Overtime allowance is extra, Basic stipend of 950 Euros per month is provided (TAX FREE)

Qualifications-
- 12th Pass Outs with 60% Marks
- No kids and preferably not married.
- Soft skills - Team player and ability to work in a tough working environment

Stipend as follows
- 1st Year - € 985 - 990/month (1,10,000 INR/month)
- 2nd Year - € 1090-1240/month (1,18,000 lakh/ month)
- 3rd Year - € 1180 - 1480/month (1,27,000/month)

Thereafter, guaranteed job with starting salary € 2500-3000 monthly.
