Job Title: Bartender

Location: Soufflé Gourmet Café, Vasai West
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports To: Café Manager / Head Chef

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve mocktails, cocktails (if applicable), smoothies, shakes, coffees, and specialty beverages as per café standards
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter, equipment, and storage areas
- Engage with guests warmly, recommend beverages, and personalize service
- Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory control, and minimize wastage
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
- Coordinate smoothly with kitchen and service staff during peak hours
- Handle billing requests related to bar service when required
- Stay updated with new beverage trends and contribute creative drink ideas

Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting




- Knowledge of beverages, syrups, garnishes, and bar equipment
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of hygiene, safety, and service etiquette
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
