Job Summary:
- Assist the Head Chef in managing hot and cold kitchen sections
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Supervise kitchen staff and maintain discipline
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance
- Assist with inventory control and minimizing wastage
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef
- Robust knowledge of hot & cold kitchen
- Good leadership and time-management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
