Key Responsibilities
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with departments to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule, coordinate, and sometimes participate in interviews with hiring managers.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate salary packages, and handle pre-employment checks.
- Onboarding: Support the initial hiring process and onboarding of recent employees
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
