Position - P2P Purchase - Third party/Contract Manufacturing -Finished formulations

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible to source Local suppliers of various Pharmaceutical products as per the requirement of the different marketing team within the organization and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.
- Locating and finalizing adequate manufacturers for any current products.
- Negotiating with the suppliers for best rates and quality.
- Checking the costing of the product thoroughly and then finalizing the rates with suppliers.
- Placing orders and following up for timely delivery of the same
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received and payments made till date for outsourced products. Also record keeping for all the relevant docs of the manufacturer.
- Keeping a tab on the new products /packaging/molecules in the industry which can be used by marketing to enhance the sales in domestic and international business.
- Prepare and purchase requisitions and purchase orders for supplies as per requirement.




- Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
- Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
- Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinating with the suppliers for timely and quality driven products at economical prices.
- Check The Packaging Material Proofing and finish packaging material of Third party.
- Before making any product inspect the facility and also check the stability data of that plant for that product.

Qualifications:
- BSc or some technical education like B pharma related to pharmaceutical industry/ science background
- Specific skills. - Negotiating and costing skills
- Personal characteristics. - Good networking skills in trade

Experience: Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in third party purchase and outsourcing for pharmaceutical products.

Pay: ₹20,000.
