Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Arranging demos, and sharing medical calculators with clients as per requirements

2.Handling Kribado projects end to end, as well as post-delivery

3.Taking requirements from clients after the purchase order is received, coordinating with clients for

4.Post-client requirement coordination with the IT team for app-making, and device list mapping.

5.Preparing devices by inserting sim cards, doing settings, labelling the device as per user name.

6.Providing reports to client in a specific format as required by clients on a daily, weekly and monthly

basis





7.Handling calls from the field and respective project manager regarding Kribado issues faced

8.Training conducted for Pan India users informing about the usage of the device as well as demo

test and technical queries if any.

9.Replacement of faulty devices

10.Handling the courier part for the replacement of devices, chargers, rolls

11.Reports to personalized inputs Pixika clients

12.Coordination with the client for changes and other requirements till delivery

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
