SuccessFactors RCM ONB Architect

Role Overview:
The SuccessFactors RCM ONDB Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing,



and optimizing the SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding module. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand staffing and recruiting needs, ensuring seamless integration with other HR systems, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of the SuccessFactors RCM ONDB module, ensuring it meets organizational recruitment and staffing and development needs.
- Integration: Collaborate with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and HR tools to ensure seamless integration and data flow within the HR IT landscape.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with HR, L&D;, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with organizational stafiing objectives.
