Role Summary

E Software Solution is seeking a motivated and performance-driven IT Sales Executive with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in IT/software sales or business development.

This role requires a proactive professional who can generate qualified leads, build strong client relationships, and successfully close business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies
- Prospect, qualify, and nurture potential clients
- Manage and maintain a structured sales pipeline
- Conduct follow-ups and client negotiations




- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT/software sales or business development
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
