Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide range of pastries, baked goods, and desserts with precision and consistency.
- Execute daily baking operations, including dough preparation, proofing, baking, and finishing.
- Develop and refine recipes while maintaining the café’s quality standards and aesthetic.
- Ensure proper mise en place, ingredient handling, and portion control.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen.
- Monitor product quality and presentation to ensure excellence in every batch.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to support menu development and seasonal offerings.




- Manage time effectively in a fast-paced café environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in bakery and baking techniques with experience across pastries, breads, and desserts.
- Strong culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and recipe execution.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in baking and pastry preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Must reside within commuting distance of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Preferred Qualifications
- Formal culinary training or relevant certifications in baking/pastry arts (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
