Role Objective

The Coordinator - R&D; will be responsible for ensuring structured coordination, systematic follow-ups, and smooth execution of day-to-day Research & Development activities. The role is critical in supporting planning, documentation, task tracking, and operational efficiency within the R&D; function.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily R&D; operations to ensure timely execution of tasks and activities.
- Track action items, timelines, and deliverables across R&D; projects.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with team members for task completion and closure.
- Prepare and maintain structured documentation, reports, and MIS.
- Support preparation of presentations and management review materials.
- Maintain organized records, trackers, and data repositories.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support R&D; activities and information flow.




- Assist in planning, monitoring, and reporting of ongoing R&D; initiatives.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any relevant discipline from a recognized institution.

Experience
- 2+ years of experience in coordination, MIS, operations, or support roles.
- Experience in R&D;, manufacturing, engineering, or technical environments will be an added advantage.
