Key Responsibilities:1. Safety Compliance & Regulations:
- Ensure compliance with local and national safety regulations specific to construction sites.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Ensure all workers, subcontractors, and visitors follow safety protocols.
- Keep updated with construction safety laws and industry best practices.

2. Risk Assessment & Incident Prevention:
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification before and during project execution.
- Develop and implement safety measures to prevent workplace incidents.
- Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Assist in preparing emergency response plans and conducting safety drills.

3. Training & Awareness:
- Conduct safety training programs and toolbox talks for workers.
- Educate employees on proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Promote a safety-first culture among site workers and supervisors.

4. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents,



and compliance reports.
- Prepare safety reports for management and recommend improvements.
- Ensure permits and safety-related documentation are up to date.

5. Equipment & PPE Management:
- Ensure all workers use appropriate PPE and safety gear.
- Regularly inspect safety equipment and ensure proper maintenance.

6. Coordination & Communication:
- Work closely with site engineers, supervisors, and project managers on safety matters.
- Act as the primary point of contact for safety audits and external inspections.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in construction site safety management.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety laws, hazard identification, and risk assessment.
- Valuable communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per
