Position: Chemistry Faculty
Experience: 2-5 years (preferred, freshers with exceptional skills can also apply)
Qualification: M.Sc./M.Tech./Ph.D. in Chemistry or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Content Delivery:
- Teach Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry topics tailored to IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced) and NEET syllabi.
- Make complex Chemistry concepts simple and engaging for students.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies to enhance comprehension and retention.
- Curriculum Development:
- Design and develop high-quality study material, notes, and question banks aligned with IIT-JEE & NEET exam patterns.
- Create practice problems and mock tests to help students achieve excellence.
- Student Mentorship:
- Provide one-on-one mentoring to address student doubts and foster confidence in their preparation.
- Track and evaluate individual student performance and devise strategies for improvement.
- Testing and Assessment:
- Conduct regular class tests, mock exams,



and evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback and identify common problem areas for students.
- Professional Growth and Updates:
- Stay informed about the latest exam trends, question patterns, and syllabus updates for IIT-JEE & NEET.
- Engage in professional development sessions to refine teaching methodologies.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Coordinate with other faculty members to ensure consistency in course delivery.
- Actively participate in team meetings, workshops, and academic events organized by Smart Achievers.

Key Skills:
- Solid expertise in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
