The Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive will be responsible for managing customer collections, monitoring outstanding receivables, performing account reconciliations, and supporting finance operation activities to ensure timely cash flow management and accurate accounting records.

Through customer collections, account reconciliation, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders, you will help maintain accurate financial records and support processes that enable better health for more people. Based in Delhi, India, you will contribute to the effective execution of finance operations while supporting compliance and operational excellence. The position requires 3–8 years of relevant experience and a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

• Follow up with customers through emails, calls, and visits to collect outstanding receivables




• Monitor customer outstanding balances and support timely collection activities
• Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in coordination with internal teams and customers
• Submit invoices, statements, and supporting documentation to customers as required
• Partner with sales and business teams to address collection-related matters and support customer dispute resolution
• Maintain accurate records of collection status, customer communications, and follow-up activities
• Support month-end closing activities, audits, finance operations, and other assigned responsibilities
What Will Convince Us
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
• 3–8 years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations
• Good understanding of accounting principles and receivable management processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems;
