Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong sales pipeline for MITRA’s insurance solutions. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and online meetings, and present tailored offerings that match client needs.
They will manage relationships with key accounts, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and track performance metrics to meet growth targets. The role also includes preparing proposals, maintaining accurate CRM records, and providing feedback from the market to inform product and strategy decisions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with experience in building and managing a pipeline of prospects.
Candidates should possess solid Business acumen, including understanding of sales cycles, negotiation, and strategic chance assessment.
