Client Relationship Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Client Relationship Manager who can own client relationships end to end.
At our organization, relationships are at the core of what we do. Clients stay because their Relationship Manager understands their financial goals, personal circumstances, and concerns—not just their portfolio.
You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients and helping them navigate important financial decisions, market corrections, life events, SIP changes, and other situations where thoughtful communication and trust matter.
This is not a traditional customer support role. You will own a portfolio of clients and be responsible for the overall health and quality of those relationships

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of 100–150 client families and act as their primary point of contact for financial questions and life events.
Lead the client onboarding process,



understanding financial goals, constraints, risk appetite, and expectations.
Conduct regular client review meetings and coordinate with the investment team to prepare relevant recommendations.
Proactively reach out to clients when market movements, portfolio triggers, or changes in their circumstances require attention.
Handle client queries end to end, either resolving them directly or coordinating with advisory and operations teams.
Ensure proper follow-up and closure on all client commitments and requests.
Track relationship health through metrics such as review completion, SIP continuity, response rates, and escalation indicators.
Identify opportunities to support existing clients across insurance, tax, estate planning, and other financial needs.
Capture recurring client feedback and share insights to improve client experience and workflows.
