Role Description The Embedded Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain embedded software for industrial automation and IoT solutions, ensuring reliable performance of critical systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing and testing firmware, integrating software with hardware components and sensors,



and debugging issues across the full embedded stack. The role involves collaborating with hardware engineers and product teams to define requirements, optimize system performance, and support deployment and field issues. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Pune District, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
Robust skills in Embedded Software Programming and Embedded Software development for microcontroller- and processor-based systems.
Experience in general Software Development, including coding standards, version control, and collaborative workflows.
Proficiency in Debugging embedded systems, using tools such as debuggers, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers.
Ability to apply Software Design principles, including modular architecture, real-time constraints, and resource optimization.
Relevant experience with C/C++ for embedded systems; knowledge of RTOS concepts and communic
