We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team in Sarjapur.
Job ResponsibilitiesTeam Management
Lead, manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives.
Set daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for the team.
Monitor individual and team performance against targets.
Conduct daily sales huddles and regular performance reviews.
Train team members on lead qualification, pitching, objection handling and closing techniques.
Identify performance gaps and provide coaching to improve conversion.
Lead & Sales Management
Manage and monitor leads generated through digital marketing and other channels.
Ensure timely lead allocation and follow-up by the sales team.




Track the complete sales funnel from Lead → Qualified Lead → Site Visit → Negotiation → Booking.
Monitor lead quality and improve lead-to-site-visit conversion.
Personally handle high-value and priority customers when required.
Develop strategies to improve site visits and booking conversions.
Customer Management
Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences and buying objectives.
Guide customers towards suitable residential projects.
Assist the team in handling customer objections and negotiations.
Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Ensure a professional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Project & Market Knowledge
Maintain robust knowledge of residential projects across Sarjapur, East Bangalore and surrounding locations.
Stay updated on project pricing, inventory, offers, payment plans and USPs.
