Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Restaurant Manager will oversee day-to-day hospital unit & restaurant operations, including guest service, staff supervision,



and coordination between kitchen and front-of-house teams. Responsibilities include managing patient meals , cafe operations and ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards in line with company policies. The role involves guest interaction, tracking sales and costs, supporting menu implementation, and assisting with local marketing initiatives to drive footfall and revenue. The Restaurant Manager will also handle team scheduling, performance feedback, and training, while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
Robust customer-focused mindset with skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences.
Previous experience of working in a hospital will be an added advantage
People management capabilities, including Hiring and team development, to build and sustain an effective restaurant
