The platform connects travelers with verified local guides, hotels, cabs, houseboats, activities, and authentic experiences through a single, trusted interface. Safety and trust are central, with features such as guide verification, ratings, reviews, location-based matching, trip sharing, and SOS support. Starting in Kerala and expanding across India, Guidzy aims to build a nationwide local travel network that benefits both travelers and local businesses. Role Description The Technical Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead Guidzy’s technology vision, architecture, and product development from the ground up. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kerala, India,



working closely with the founding team to build and scale a robust travel platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining technical strategy, overseeing system architecture, managing the development lifecycle, and ensuring platform performance, reliability, and security. The CTO will design and implement core product features, integrate third-party services, establish development standards and processes, and build and mentor the engineering team. The role also involves collaborating with product, business, and operations teams to translate user needs into scalable solutions and iterate quickly based on market feedback.
