Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for an Event Operations Manager, located in Noida. The Event Operations Manager will be in charge of planning and executing events from start to finish, managing event budgets, and coordinating with clients and vendors. The role involves overseeing all logistics, ensuring customer service excellence,



and collaborating with various departments to ensure the seamless operation of events.
Qualifications

Operations Manager – Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end event operations in the B2B industry.
Handle vendor sourcing, coordination, and management.
Lead venue sourcing, negotiation, and bookings.
Manage event logistics, including travel, transportation and on-ground arrangements.
Prepare and monitor event budgets and operational expenses.
Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, partners and vendors for smooth execution.
Oversee on-ground event execution and resolve operational issues.
Maintain vendor records, quotations, invoices and expense reports.
Ensure events are delivered within budget, timelines and operational standards.
