Key Responsibilities:
- Handle team of counsellors - drive daily calling, follow-ups and closures
- Responsible for admissions through inbound/outbound calling and walk-ins
- Conduct Face-to-Face (F2F) counselling with students & parents at our Topsia centre
- Achieve individual & team admission targets
- Manage lead pipeline, CRM updates, and daily reporting
- Train, motivate and mentor junior counsellors
- Ensure excellent student experience and handle post-admission queries

Requirements:
- Proven experience in education counselling / admission sales
- Strong leadership & team handling skills
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi & Bengali (preferred)
- Comfortable with both tele-calling and F2F counselling
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Graduation is mandatory
