We are looking for a Sales & Procurement Manager – Cashew Kernels to join our cashew processing business in Swaroopganj, Rajasthan.
This is a field-oriented, relationship-driven role involving both sales and procurement of cashew kernels.
The primary objective of this position is to develop new customers, build strong supplier relationships, generate business, and create long-term commercial relationships.
We are looking for someone who is confident, highly communicative, commercially minded and genuinely enjoys meeting and building relationships with people.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop recent customers for cashew kernels.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable products and solutions.
Regularly communicate with customers, conduct follow-ups and convert opportunities into sales.
Visit customers and markets as required.
Negotiate prices, quantities and commercial terms.
Develop a strong network of buyers and business contacts.




Maintain regular communication with existing customers to generate repeat business.

Procurement & Supplier Development
Identify and develop new suppliers of cashew kernels.
Build long-term relationships with suppliers and create a reliable procurement network.
Source cashew kernels according to the company's quality and commercial requirements.
Negotiate purchase prices and commercial terms.
Understand market prices and purchasing opportunities.
Evaluate the quality, grade and specifications of cashew kernels before purchase.
Make commercially sound purchasing decisions while considering quality, price and expected margins.
Maintain regular communication with suppliers and monitor market developments.

Training & Learning
Prior experience in cashew kernel procurement is preferred but not mandatory.
