About Heal Easy
Heal Easy is building a technology-enabled healthcare platform that helps people manage chronic health conditions through doctor-led treatment, nutrition, lifestyle modification, and continuous patient support.
We are developing a structured, medically supervised weight-management program for Telugu-speaking patients. The program combines appropriate medical treatment, nutrition guidance, lifestyle coaching, regular monitoring, and long-term accountability.
We are looking for a doctor who believes that GLP-1 medication should not be offered as a shortcut or sold indiscriminately. It should be prescribed responsibly to suitable patients, combined with sustainable lifestyle changes, and monitored carefully throughout the treatment journey.
Role Outcome
The doctor will be responsible for safely evaluating, onboarding, prescribing for,



and medically monitoring eligible Telugu-speaking patients throughout a structured four-month GLP-1 weight-management journey.
The ideal doctor should be able to:
Conduct explicit and empathetic consultations primarily in Telugu.
Assess whether a patient is medically suitable for GLP-1 treatment.
Explain the benefits, limitations, costs, possible side effects, and expected treatment journey.
Address patients’ concerns and help suitable patients make an informed treatment decision.
Prescribe and adjust medication independently based on clinical judgment.
Monitor progress, adherence, adverse effects, and complications throughout the program.
Work collaboratively with nutritionists, health coaches, and the operations team.
