Role Description The Sales Specialist role at Tata Capital in Hisar is a full-time, on-site position focused on driving business growth through the promotion and sale of the company’s financial products. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospective customers, presenting suitable loan and finance solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closure. The role involves conducting in-person meetings, ensuring high-quality customer service,



and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. The Sales Specialist collaborates with branch teams to achieve sales targets, participates in local marketing initiatives, and provides feedback on customer needs and market trends.
