Role Description The Relationship Manager – UAE Real Estate is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi, focused on building and managing client relationships interested in UAE property investments. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective clients, understanding their investment goals, and proposing suitable UAE real estate opportunities.



The role involves coordinating property presentations, managing end-to-end transaction processes, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including developers and legal or financial partners. The Relationship Manager will maintain accurate client records, provide timely market updates, support clients with documentation related to property and residency (such as Golden Visa-related requirements), and ensure a high standard of service and compliance with company
policies.

Qualifications
Strong client relationship management skills, including prospecting, stakeholder engagement, and account nurturing.
Solid sales and negotiation capabilities, with experience in closing high-value deals and meeting performance targets.
Knowledge of real estate markets, preferably UAE real estate, and understanding of investment concepts and financial analysis basics.
