Design Drama is a brand and growth studio, Est. 2014. We build brands, campaigns, and performance engines for clients across real estate, clean energy, jewellery, tech, and F&B.; We are a studio, not an agency: small team, senior thinking, and full ownership of outcomes.

The Role

We are hiring an experienced Meta & Google Ads Manager to lead paid performance across our client portfolio. This is an expert-level, hands-on role. You will plan, launch, optimise, and scale campaigns end to end, and you will be accountable for results, not just activity.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Indore.

What You Will Own
- Plan and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns across multiple client accounts
- Build full-funnel structures: prospecting, retargeting, and conversion campaigns
- Own media planning, budget allocation, and pacing across accounts
- Set up and maintain tracking: Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and placements
- Monitor ROAS,



CPL, CPA, and CTR daily, and act on the numbers
- Work with our design and content team to brief ad creatives that convert
- Deliver clear weekly and monthly performance reports to clients
- Stay current with platform updates, policy changes, and new ad formats

What You Must Bring
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads, ideally in an agency or multi-brand setup
- Proven track record of managing monthly budgets of ₹5 lakh or more per account
- Strong command of Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Tag Manager
- Working knowledge of landing page and funnel optimisation
- Ability to read data and turn it into decisions, not just dashboards
- Explicit written and spoken communication for client reporting
- A portfolio or case studies of campaigns you have personally managed

Good to Have
- Experience with real estate, jewellery, or D2C brands
- Google Ads or Meta Blu
