As we continue expanding across NCR and surrounding markets, we are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager – Projects & Channel Sales to accelerate project acquisition, channel development, and strategic business growth.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad (NCR) for a Sales Manager – Projects & Channel Sales. The role involves generating business from Builders, Developers, Contractors, Retailers, Institutional Customers, and Infrastructure Projects while developing strong market relationships and securing large project orders.





The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building a strong project pipeline, tracking upcoming residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects, and securing annual procurement contracts. Daily responsibilities include customer meetings, site visits, project tracking, relationship management with key decision-makers, sales forecasting, CRM management, channel partner development, and coordination with procurement, logistics, and operations teams for seamless order execution.

The role also includes expanding Lohamandi.com's retailer and dealer network, onboarding recent channel partners, organizing builder meets, contractor meets, retailer engagement programs, and representing the company at trade events and industry networking forums.

Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Steel, TMT Bars, Building Materials, Cement, Construction Products, Infrastructure Sales, or Project Sales.
