Job Description:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to contribute to the development and enhancement of our English Creative Writing and Public Speaking course for grades 1-6. As an SME, you will ensure the quality, relevance, and effectiveness of our learning materials and assessments.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with instructional designers and content developers to create engaging lesson plans, worksheets, activities,



and assessments aligned with curriculum objectives.
5+ years of experience in curriculum designing, content creation, lesson plan for CBSE students is mandatory.
Review and refine course content to enhance clarity, engagement, and age-appropriateness.
Provide subject matter expertise on English language learning pedagogy, early literacy, storytelling, creative writing, and public speaking.
Develop formative and summative assessments to evaluate students’ comprehension and communication skills.
Stay updated with best practices in early childhood education, instructional design, and digital learning tools.
Requirements:

Educational Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in English Language, Literature, or Education.
Leadership: Has Experience handling a team of 6-7 SME's.
Expertise: Robust knowledge of English language instruction for young learners.
