About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned, hands-on Senior Project Manager to drive predictable,



high-quality delivery across AI-powered products, platforms, and digital transformation projects. This role goes beyond project tracking and reporting: the successful candidate will establish delivery discipline, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and help Novacis Digital evolve its delivery practices as the organization scales.

The ideal candidate has experience working in both startup/high-growth and mature, process-oriented environments, and has personally helped teams or organizations move from relatively informal delivery practices toward scalable, measurable, and predictable Agile delivery. The role requires someone who can balance solid governance and accountability with the speed, flexibility, and ambiguity inherent in a startup workplace.
