? Hiring: Regional Manager | Healthcare

? Locations: Mumbai | Delhi | Kolkata

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to drive the growth, operational performance, and overall business performance of clinics across the assigned region.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of clinic growth, revenue, patient footfall, conversion, and other KPIs.
- Monitor clinic-wise performance and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Manage day-to-day operations and resolve operational issues across clinics.
- Lead and guide front-desk and clinic support teams.
- Monitor the complete patient journey, including enquiries, consultation, treatment, billing, and follow-ups.
- Track patient follow-ups, missed appointments, conversions, and repeat visits.
- Conduct team training and coaching to improve patient handling and performance.
- Monitor stock, inventory, consumption, and replenishment across clinics.
- Coordinate with central marketing/business teams to drive patient footfall.
- Develop new business opportunities, local tie-ups, corporate partnerships,



and referral channels.
- Build relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals for referral opportunities.
- Analyse clinic performance data and provide regular reports and actionable insights to management.

? Candidate Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in clinic operations, healthcare, wellness, hospitals, diagnostics, retail healthcare, or similar service businesses.
- Experience managing multiple clinics/locations will be preferred.
- Proven experience in business/clinic targets and frontline team management.
- Solid leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong patient/customer-centric approach.
- Business growth and relationship-building mindset.
- Strong follow-up and execution skills.
- Comfortable with 15–20 days of travel per month across the assigned region.
