Position: Red Oak Developer / Engineer (Marketing Compliance Platform)

Required Experience: 5 9 Years in application configuration, platform engineering, workflow automation, and Red Oak platform development.

Role Responsibilities

- Configure, customize, and enhance the Red Oak platform to support marketing material review, approval, and compliance workflows.
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, and business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, pain points, and platform usability issues.
- Design and implement workflow enhancements, business rules, automation capabilities, and process improvements.
- Support integration of Red Oak with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions.
- Optimize platform performance, workflow efficiency, and overall user experience.
- Conduct stakeholder discussions and requirement-gathering sessions to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Support compliance transformation initiatives through process improvement and technology enablement.
- Assist with platform governance, documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are accurately reflected within platform workflows.
- Provide recommendations for continuous platform improvement and long-term scalability.

Requirements





- 5-9 years of experience in application configuration, platform engineering, or workflow automation roles.
- Solid hands-on experience with the Red Oak Marketing Compliance Platform (Mandatory).
- Proven experience supporting marketing compliance, advertising review, or communications compliance workflows.
- Strong understanding of compliance processes, including disclosures, approvals, regulatory reviews, and audit requirements.
- Experience configuring workflows, business rules, automation logic, and platform customizations within Red Oak.
- Ability to gather business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience supporting platform integrations with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience collaborating with compliance, legal, risk, and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience within Financial Services, Asset Management, Banking, or Wealth Management environments.
- Exposure to compliance transformation, regulatory modernization, or governance initiatives.
- Understanding of communications compliance, Code of Ethics monitoring, and regulatory review processes.
- Experience supporting enterprise compliance technology ecosystems.
- Knowledge of marketing content governance, approval workflows, and regulatory review frameworks.
