Role Description The Recruitment Consultant (Remote) is a full-time role responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of clients and roles. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and providing consultative guidance to both employers and job seekers.

The consultant will use Recruit Myself’s AI-powered tools to match candidates to suitable opportunities, maintain accurate candidate and client records, and ensure a positive, inclusive hiring experience.



The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to improve matching strategies, sharing market insights, and supporting continuous improvement of recruitment workflows. This is a remote position, requiring effective virtual communication and self-directed work habits.

Qualifications

- Strong Graduate Recruitment and general Recruiting skills, with experience managing full-cycle hiring processes.
- Consulting abilities to advise clients and candidates on role requirements, career paths, and hiring best practices.
- Interviewing and Communication skills to assess candidate fit, conduct structured interviews, and maintain clear, professional dialogue.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, technology-driven environment, using ATS platforms and digital collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices and candidate experience.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines.
- Prior experience in agency or in-house recruitment is beneficial; exposure to AI or data-driven hiring platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
