Role Description This Sales and Marketing Intern role is a hybrid internship based in Vadodara, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home responsibilities. The intern will assist in executing sales and marketing campaigns, including reaching out to potential customers, promoting Healthy Naari’s products, and supporting brand awareness initiatives.



Daily tasks may include engaging with customers online and offline, gathering feedback, and helping plan and conduct training or awareness sessions related to menstrual health and product use. The intern will support social media activities, coordinate with the marketing team on content and promotions, and help maintain records of sales leads and customer interactions. This role offers exposure to purpose-driven brand building while contributing to Healthy Naari’s mission of empowering women’s wellness.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and partners.
Foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support outreach, lead nurturing, and basic reporting.
Ability to assist in Training activities, including product demonstrations and awareness sessions.
Interest in women’s health, menstrual wellness, and sustainable products.
Basic understanding of marketing principles
