Vehicle Integration- Engineer
A purpose driven role for you

• The incumbent is responsible for visualizing and generating feasible design layout concepts in 3D/2D, considering quality/weight/cost targets.
• He/She is responsible for completing the layout study of 2-wheeler whole vehicle systems external to the engine, ensuring proper interfacing with adjoining systems.
• He/She also needs to maintain the tolerances stacks required to ensure gaps/flush variation on vehicle.
• The role involves whole vehicle level validation for fitment and conduction of pilot production assembly trials for mass production of new models.

Academic Qualification & Experience

BE/ BTech in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering from renowned Institute
Technical Skills/Knowledge

R&D; chassis systems design and/or integration experience, preferably on 2 wheeler segment.




Demonstrated ability to work independently on longer term objectives.
Experience of seeing through design projects from concept to production, is preferred.
Knowledge of advance surfacing, 3D modelling and 2D drawing in Catia V5/ Any CAD tool.
Positive understanding of DFM/ DFA/ DFS/ DFMEA and GD&T.;
Knowledge of required manufacturing process in vehicle system design.
Component and subsystem level understanding

Understanding of material selection
Can work independently on small design projects / problems
