Role Description This is a full time, on-site Facilities Executive – Technical role based in Gurugram. The role involves overseeing day-to-day facility operations, including monitoring building systems, coordinating equipment maintenance, and ensuring timely repairs. Responsibilities include supervising vendors and service providers, maintaining preventive maintenance schedules, and supporting compliance with safety,



security, and regulatory requirements. The Facilities Executive will handle technical troubleshooting of building equipment and systems, maintain accurate documentation and reports, and support cost-effective facility management practices. The role also requires close coordination with internal stakeholders to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and operational reliability across the site.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Facility Management (FM) and Building Maintenance, including oversight of building systems, services, and infrastructure.
