What you’ll do

• Sales Leadership:



Drive capital equipment sales within the assigned region, focusing on Enduron High Pressure Grinding Rolls, Enduron Optimil, and integrated future-ready flowsheet solutions. Lead marketing, sales, and strategic initiatives to expand market presence.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong multi-level relationships with customers, engineering firms, consultants, contractors, and asset owners in the mining and minerals processing sectors. Act as the primary interface between customers and commercial teams locally and overseas.
• Market Analysis & Business Development: Analyze market trends to identify recent business opportunities and support quotation processes in collaboration with technical teams. Translate customer inquiries into viable technology solutions.
• Sales Cycle & Contract Negotiations: Manage the sales cycle end-to-end, including contract negotiations, ensuring successful deal closures and market share gro
