• Training delivery to service team members of below topics across geographies.

1) CPCB-II, CPBC-IV+ Gensets & BS-IV, BS-V Industrial Engines in mechanical & electrical.

2) Training on Genset panels

3) Energy Storage Solutions

4) Electrical Vehicle Charger installation, commissioning & service.

5) Tele Infra Management – Utility, Fibre & FTPx

6) Behavioral trainings

• Training delivery to sales team members of below topics across geographies.

1) CPCB-II, CPBC-IV+ Gensets in mechanical & electrical.

2) Training on Genset panels

3) Battery Energy Storage Solutions

4) Behavioral trainings

• Collaboration with internal stake holders - engineering, publications, central technical support, quality & sales – service functions of different verticals.

• Collaboration with external stake holders – OEMs, dealers

• Training on HKVA & HHVA Gensets

• Skill Assessment of sales & marketing field team.

• Training module & content development.





• Management of Learning Management System (Update & monitor).

• Training record & analysis on effectiveness.
