Job Role and Responsibilities:
Maintenance of above 15,000 Files which contain Statutory Audit, Tax, Limited Review files of Audit & Assurance Team & 1245 Books of Research & Quality Assurance Team.

Management of Audio Visual Items, Magazines, Video Tutorials, Training Materials for Research & Quality Assurance Team.

Developing & Implementing, Cataloguing systems in the Files as well as preserving the files in an updated manner.

Maintenance of File & Book Inventory, Inward & Outward Registry as well as Online File Management System on regular Basis.

Updating of Data for Audit Intranet on Weekly Basis.





Facilitating the development of filing systems, and maintaining these to meet administrative, & financial requirements.

Ensuring the implementation of retention and disposal schedules.

Indexing, Abstracting, Classifying & Cataloguing of Print / non print Material

Vendor Management, Procure management, Handling Stationary & Dept Training course Materials.
