Your mission at Sistema.bio
Reporting to the Project Manager/APM,



in this role you will oversee a region comprising multiple hubs or field offices. You will manage a team of Assistant Technical Coordinators, technicians, site operatives, and trainees, and drive them to install our biodigesters in accordance with our global quality standards.

You’ll be in charge of:
Manage technical operations in your region in line with Sistema.bio global quality standards.
Manage cross-departmental collaboration at the regional level between technical, commercial, and credit teams.
Oversee all technical training programs in your region.
Manage large system installations with a clearly defined PMP program.
Be responsible for overall technical KPIs in your region.
Ensure adherence to health and safety standards for your team.
Conduct installation quality control audits.
Coordinate and organize team training sessions.
Lead the hiring of technical team members.
