Job Purpose: Lead Projects - Mechanical manages all mechanical aspects of data
centre projects, including planning, procurement, and technical guidance. This
role ensures project alignment with goals, compliance with standards, and
continuous improvement while mentoring junior team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management:

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project
goals and requirements.

Procurement Oversight:

Oversee the procurement of mechanical equipment and materials, maintaining
quality standards and meeting project specifications.

System Oversight:

Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and other
mechanical equipment

Technical Guidance:

Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, ensuring successful
execution of mechanical tasks.
