We are seeking an Architectural BIM Coordinator for a full-time position who will provide support with project deliverables through close collaboration and guidance with project teams on multiple high end residential projects from Schematic Design all the way to Construction Administration.
- Advanced proven knowledge of Autodesk Revit and other relevant BIM software.
- Experience with enforcing and/or delivering projects to BIM standards.
- Familiarity with high-end, custom single family residence design, documentation, and construction.
- Comfortable with model federation and discipline coordination processes.
- Highly approachable, patient, and relates comfortably with people across levels, functions, culture, and geography.
- Ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.

Essential duties include:
- Review design 3D models and project data for quality, organization, and performance.




- Support senior staff to define and enforce graphic standards as well as modeling best practices throughout studios and projects involved.
- Provide support, troubleshooting, and guidance with advanced, complex Revit/BIM software workflows and modeling.
- Support the BIM manger with developing and maintaining Revit content libraries including families, standards, training curriculum, details.
- Set up new project Revit files according to company standards as well as BXP and lead kick-off and coordination meetings.
- Perform other duties if needed such as clash detection, technical documentation, training, design authoring/modeling.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of qualified experience working as a BIM coordinator or Revit expert and custom single family residential documentation delivery and/or construction coordination.
- Residential and/or Interior Architecture experience is critical.
