Job Purpose: Operations Lead - Ground Transport Business is responsible for
enhancing revenue, optimizing local operations, ensuring compliance, and service
quality, analysing financial performance, setting revenue targets, and ensuring
that the ground transport services contribute positively to the overall
financial health of the organization. It also focuses on the day-to-day
management and operational excellence of ground transport services.
