We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Advisor to join the legal team. As a Legal Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert legal guidance, advice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and guidance on a wide range of regulatory matters, including securities laws, corporate governance, market conduct, insider trading, and other relevant regulations.
- Analyze legal issues, statutes, regulations, and case law to formulate well-reasoned legal opinions and interpretations.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including regulations, guidelines, orders, notices, and other official communications.
- Participate in the development of policies, rules, and regulations to foster transparent, fair, and efficient securities markets.
- Collaborate with enforcement teams to analyze evidence and provide legal perspectives for enforcement actions against violators of securities laws.
- Conduct legal research to stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations and provide recommendations for compliance.




- Assist in handling litigation matters, including drafting responses, affidavits, and pleadings for various legal proceedings.
- Liaise with external legal counsel, government agencies, and industry stakeholders as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. A master's degree (LLM) will be a plus.
- Minimum of 3-6 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in securities law, financial regulation, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of Indian securities laws, regulations, and financial markets.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex legal concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced workplace.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per m
