Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the school’s academic and administrative functions.
- Develop and implement educational programs and policies.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment for students and staff.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and stakeholders to promote student success.
- Oversee curriculum development and teacher evaluations.
- Manage budgets, resources, and school facilities effectively.
- Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.

Requirements:
- Ph.D or Master’s degree in Education or related field.
- Proven experience as a School Principal or in a leadership role in education.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of current education regulations and standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
