Position Summary:
The Stock Market Mentor is responsible for teaching stock market principles, analyzing student progress, and providing both online and offline coaching. The mentor also engages in active trading to demonstrate practical skills. This position reports directly to the CEO and fulfills requests as directed, ensuring the effective transfer of knowledge and skills to students.
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching Stock Market: - Teach students about the stock market, including basic to advanced concepts.
- Create and update easy-to-understand course materials and lesson plans.
- Provide personalized feedback to help students improve.
Online Coaching: - Conduct virtual classes and webinars to teach stock market concepts.
- Use digital platforms to support and interact with students remotely.
Offline coaching:Provide to face to face instruction and mentoring sessions.
QUALIFICATIONS-
- Solid knowledge of the stock market and trading practices.
- Experience in teaching or mentoring in the stock market field.
- Ability to assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Excellent communiction skills for both online and offline coaching.
